A Bit About Me

Therapy has always been a central part of Alex’s life. From an early age, people often
confided in him, and he would offer advice and emotional support. He has extensive
experience working with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings and has collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams and other professional staff.


Alex employs a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a holistic approach. He is
passionate about supporting his clients and aims to equip them with practical tools and
coping strategies that they can apply throughout their lives. He believes in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to identify and pursue the changes they wish to see.


This is accomplished through creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment and fostering
open communication between therapist and client. Alex is committed to promoting
personal growth and long-term recovery.
