She utilizes a variety of approaches including client-centered therapy, symptom-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. With a diverse background, Leslie has extensive experience working with individuals dealing with drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. Her work has spanned across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults, in settings such as at-risk youth programs, in-patient centers, and state-funded programs.
