Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) 

Is a specialized, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. Using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they become less overwhelming over time. This approach is widely used to treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. This approach is especially effective in supporting individuals working towards behavioral changes necessary to live a more fulfilling and healthier life. 

Focuses on understanding how relationships influence an individual's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Family Systems Therapy
