George's Wings Scholarship Program

" As someone who has personally experienced the deep pain of healing and found the courage to embrace change and growth, I understand the challenges you may be facing. "
- Larisa Krichevsky
The "George's Wings" scholarship holds a deep and heartfelt purpose, as it honors the memory of my beloved brother, George Agabekyan. The journey of my family was profoundly altered in 2007 when my brother was diagnosed with a severe mental illness. His struggle became the catalyst for my own immersion into the healing profession, eventually leading me to become an LMFT, dedicated to aiding others in their recovery and mental health journeys.

Tragically, my brother's passing in early 2023 marked a pivotal moment that urged me to establish my own treatment center, Launch To Wellness. With immense respect and reverence for his memory, I am privileged to offer a full ride scholarship to Launch twice a year in honor of my brother's enduring spirit. Through this scholarship, we hope to extend a compassionate hand to those on their path to recovery, mirroring the strength and resilience that defined my brother's journey.

Thanks to the George's Wings Scholarship Program, I received the treatment I needed to focus on my recovery and mental health. The support from Launch to Wellness has been life-changing, providing me with the tools and community to build a healthier future. I’m deeply grateful for this opportunity.

After my treatment was done, I didn't have a job and needed more time to get on my feet. Thanks to the scholarship program at Launch to Wellness, I was able to focus on building my resume and looking for work. They really work with you here and genuinely care about your progress.

Before Launch to Wellness, I was homeless and struggling. Their scholarship program gave me the opportunity I needed to get back on my feet and focus on my recovery. I'm incredibly grateful for their support and the chance to rebuild my life.
