A Bit About Me
I am a somatic psychotherapist with a deep commitment to trauma-informed care and holistic healing. My practice focuses on supporting survivors and individuals healing from complex trauma and addiction, integrating somatic therapy, IFS, and narrative therapy techniques. I also work with psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, attempting to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western medicine techniques. I am currently on the path toward licensure as an LMFT.

With two years of experience working in addiction treatment, as well as my own journey in 12-step recovery, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into the therapeutic space. I thrive at the intersection of communication, empathy, and transformation, shaping a compassionate, client-centered approach where I care deeply about the well-being and success of those I work with.

In my spare time, I love to paint, lift weights, and travel. I have so far explored five of the seven continents and hope to reach all seven in my lifetime!
