A Bit About Me

For me, therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering. I draw from both professional training and life experience to meet clients where they are. My approach blends DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS with affirmative therapy and a foundation in mindfulness, creating a safe space to explore challenges and build skills for lasting growth.

DBT is central to my work because of its deep connection to mindfulness. Research shows that mindfulness helps people manage emotions, reduce impulsivity, and strengthen relationships. By practicing awareness with compassion, clients learn to respond to life’s challenges in ways that bring more peace and balance.

I also have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with addiction. I believe recovery begins with compassion, not judgment. Addiction is not who you are—it’s often a response to pain. My role is to provide tools, encouragement, and support so you can reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels meaningful and whole.

Alongside my clinical training, I bring over 15 years of experience as a yoga master teacher, giving me a unique perspective on the mind–body connection. My goal is to connect you to your inner wisdom that lives deep inside you.
