Our Programs
Partial Hospitalization
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) supports clients transitioning from inpatient care with structured daily programming. Services include group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatric evaluation, while allowing clients to return home each day and continue reintegrating into daily life.
Intensive Outpatient
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) supports clients as they transition back into their daily lives. Clients can begin returning to work or school while continuing to receive consistent clinical support and guidance from their treatment team.
Outpatient
Our outpatient program provides structured therapy for mental health and substance use disorders through individual, group, and family counseling. This level of care offers flexibility while supporting continued progress without requiring residential treatment.
Evening Program
Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals balancing work, school, or family commitments. Clients receive structured support through group and individual therapy while maintaining their daily responsibilities.
Mental Health Diversion
Our Mental Health Diversion program supports individuals facing certain legal challenges by providing clinical care as an alternative to incarceration. This approach prioritizes treatment, stability, and long-term mental health outcomes.
Sober Living Partners
We collaborate with trusted sober living partners that provide structured, supportive environments focused on accountability and routine. These partnerships help clients maintain stability while reinforcing long-term recovery.

Psychiatry & Medication Support
Medication support at Launch to Wellness provides personalized psychiatric care and MAT support to help reduce symptoms, manage cravings, and improve daily functioning. Through ongoing evaluation and coordination with the treatment team, medication is carefully adjusted to enhance recovery while complementing—not replacing—therapy.
Alumni Support
Alumni support at Launch provides ongoing connection, accountability, and community to strengthen recovery after treatment ends.Weekly groups reduce isolation, reinforce coping skills, and offer peer support to maintain long-term stability and sobriety.
