Levels of care aren’t four separate programs. They’re one system, and moving between them is a normal, expected part of how treatment works, not a sign anything went wrong.

When more structure becomes necessary.

When you’re ready for less structure.

Yes. Levels of care at Launch To Wellness are not a one way system. If PHP becomes too much or not enough, or if IOP needs to step up or down, your plan adjusts accordingly.

Who decides which level of care I need?

Your level of care is determined during a clinical assessment with our clinical team, based on your history and current situation, not a preference you choose from a list.

Do I have to start with the most intensive level of care?

No. Many clients start directly in IOP or OP without ever needing PHP first. Your starting point is based on what your clinical assessment shows, not a default placement.
